Prestige 99513 Set Of 3 Replacement High-Dome Weights

This is a 3 piece weight set to fit Prestige High-Dome aluminium pressure cookers:
The pieces can be easily taken apart or added together to make the following weights.
15Ib (103kPa/15 PSI);
10Ib (68kPa/10 PSI);
5Ib (34kPa/10 PSI) combined and individual weights.
Most recipes use the 15Ib weight.
Jam making and blanching require the 10Ib weight.
Fruit bottling or cooking large steamed puddings requires the 5Ib weight.
Worn or damaged weights and cooking controls can also result in lower steam pressures and longer cooking times.
