14 Day Money Back Guarantee

At Town and Country Hardware Online we hope that you will be delighted with every purchase. Occasionally however you may wish to return a product. We will refund or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt as long as they are in a saleable condition and in the original undamaged packaging.

Please contact us as soon as you can but within 14 days stating that the goods are no longer wanted and we will refund the cost of the product on receipt of the goods at our premises. We will also refund the cost of delivering this item to you but you must pay the cost of returning the goods to us. These conditions also apply to E.U. customers returning goods during the statutory 7 day cooling off period.

Of course you can return or exchange at our shop in Ilminster, please remember to bring your dispatch note that you received with the goods. If the product is not returned in a fully saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Faulty Goods

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if it has arrived damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible and we will refund or exchange the cost of the item, delivery charges and the cost of return to us.

Items which become faulty due to a manufacturing defect may be returned to us for exchange, refund or repair within a reasonable period of time, please keep all receipts and warranty information as this will be required. If the item is more than 1 year old from date of purchase you will need to contact the manufacturers directly who can deal with the problem.
